As far as we are acting as agent/broker, the regulations of the corresponding shipping line are effective, especially the conditions, clauses and tariffs stipulated in the respective bills of lading, even if it is only referred to them, and exceptions as well as the relevant regulations of the conference. All bookings, freight quotations and agreements are subject to space being available. All freight quotations are without engagement and are subject to alterations, with or without any notice. As far as we are acting as shipping agent in the business scope of chartering, clearance, agencies and purchase and sale and purchase of vessels, including the agency of bunker, tug services, transshipment of cargo or other related services, we act exclusively on basis of the „Commercial Terms and Conditions as Shipbrokers or Shipsagents in the Federal Republic of Germany“, latest edition.
